The Embody School is a trauma-informed, therapeutic studio with a focus on somatic embodiment practices like Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Experiencing, Soundbaths, Mindful Art, and TRE; grounded in research, mindfulness, and creativity. We provide the tools you need for healing and wellness. We believe that yoga is not a workout, but a work IN.
