Join yoga teacher and birth doula Tonya for an empowering and educational birth preparation class. Partner yoga for labor and delivery is an informative class, whether you plan a medicated or unmedicated birth. You and your partner will learn postures, movements, and mindfulness practices to prepare your body for birthing your baby. This is a wonderful class to bond with your partner or birthing support person. This class is not to take the place of a traditional child birth education class but will expand your knowledge of what to expect for the birthing process. $50 in advance/$60 day of
