As a fellow trauma survivor, I've learned how to manage symptoms through a variety of somatic modalities that can be done on our own. If you have a trauma specialist or therapist you work with, this is an excellent adjunct to that therapy. Post traumatic stress coaching is NOT a replacement for psychotherapy, but it can fill in the blanks for a complete healing protocol. Where trauma is concerned, a bottom up approach has been proven to work best (first body, then brain).
