Spira is a trauma survivor, teacher, artist, and musician. She first came to yoga in 1996 for chronic pain. It was an on again, off again love affair until total committment came after her first teacher training in 2012. After her second training in therapeutic yoga in 2015, she became certain that this was indeed the correct path for her life.
After teaching in public schools for 17 years, Spira completely burned out. Her past traumas caught up with her, combined with the newer traumas of working in a broken education system. As she's worked on her healing, she also worked on her education in the field of trauma, collecting new certifications along the way

I have been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 25 years. The practice of yoga came into my life at a difficult time and helped me grow and learn how to experience life from a new perspective. Yoga has been a constant ally, friend and support for nearly every situation life brings.
I began teaching yoga to my art students at the Italian home for Children to help them deal with the emotional challenges, many who had been abused and neglected. I studied with Sonia Sumar, founder creator of Yoga for the Special Child to become a certified yoga teacher. This training led me to start a private practice teaching children and adults with both physical and developmental disabilities.
Additionally I hold a certification through Swallowtail Yoga Teacher Training 200hrs, Integral Yoga Prenatal Teacher training, Yoga Ed and Get Ready to Learn yoga. I spend my mornings teaching yoga to toddlers and preschoolers at Rock and Roll Daycare.
As a parent, serving new mothers through the process of birth and motherhood is also close to my heart. I am certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga and am also a birth doula. In 2020 I began taking multiple meditation and conscious parenting courses with Dr Shefali, to support myself as a parent. SInce 2017 I have been working with Isabel Terney using the Feel Good Life Methodology to learn more about the brain and the stress response. To share these valuable tools with parents and others, In 2023 I became a facilitator of the Feel Good Life Methodology.
To better serve my students and to work through my own challenges I continue to study yoga and mindfulness. I am currently enrolled in a 100 hour Meditation Teacher training and 300 hour Ayurveda Practitioner through Yogamu, as well as regularly attending trainings through Yoga for the Special Child.
In my yoga classes you will experience a deeply mindful practice. Whether it is a strong practice or a restorative practice you will be guided and supported to discover your own inner teacher with joy and compassion.

Justin Kelleher (he/him) is a dedicated student of yoga and carries his practice off the mat into his passion for nature, food, and art. He strives to help students tune into the present moment and deepen their own relationship with their yoga practice.
Justin came to the mat as an opportunity to stretch and strengthen but soon became enamored with the benefits of practice beyond the physical. He completed his first 200-hour training under the guidance of Laura Ahrens James where he discovered the power of yoga as a holistic system for navigating the world. Justin completed restorative yoga training via JP Centre Yoga and continues to enrich his practice through trainings, workshops, and study of yogic texts with teachers in Boston and beyond.
As a teacher, Justin creates a meditative environment and invites students to approach their practice from a place of curiosity and non-attachment. His classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and concentration as tools for orienting toward a judgment-free experience of the present moment. Informed by the philosophical underpinnings of yoga, his goal is to create space for exploration where students can forge a deeper connection with themselves and our environment. Justin is a registered yoga teacher and holds a BFA in Writing and Literature from Emerson College. When not on the mat, he is a musician, artist, hiker, cyclist, and lover of all things culinary.

Loula is a Boston native whose passion for yoga began in her late teens. Having grown up as an active child, participating in Tae Kwon Do and Soccer, she found traditional cardio exercises recommended to her in her teens to be boring. She was searching for something that could bring focus and attention, as well as intensity, to her physical activity. Finding yoga was a beautiful haven, although it's true essence and impact would not be felt until many years later.
In college, Loula began bodybuilding, competitive powerlifting, and recreationally participating in Crossfit well into her late 20's. After multiple incidences of injuries, as well as a divorce and career change, Loula turned back to Yoga to assist her in the transition. In 2019, Loula became a Registered Yoga teacher and has since acquired over 1000 hours of experience and 200 hours of additional training.
Loula loves working with humans from all walks of life and believes everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice. Each class is tailored to support her students' growth, facilitate strength and ease, and increase overall awareness. She specializes in creative vinyasa flows and Ayurvedic yoga.
Loula has a passion for Jyotish and hopes to one day become a skilled Vedic astrologer. She humbly thanks all the teachers before her for the knowledge and teachings they so dutifully passed on through generations.

I believe Yoga goes beyond the physical practice and is more of a journey of self discovery and
inner peace. I have been practicing for over 20 years and it has allowed me to follow my own
path to peace and now I can offer this great practice to others! It is a privilege to guide others in this journey and witness the transformative power yoga has on the mind, body, and spirit.
I believe Yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, body type, or flexibility. It is a healing tool for connecting with our true selves and as a certified Yoga Teacher I am dedicated to
helping students find joy in movement, serenity in stillness, and wisdom in breath. With each
class I teach, I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where students can explore the depths of
their physical and spiritual capabilities.
Deirdre did her 200hr teacher training with Lifetime Fitness in Peabody. She completed Personal Trainer certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Originally from India, I see yoga as a way of life, as a philosophy for living. Yoga, to me, is an incredible – often transformative – blessing that should be accessible to everyone – to all bodies, minds and abilities. I started on the yoga instructor journey a few years ago to deepen my own practice, and to be able to humbly share this legacy with others. My students have ranged from 3 years old (kids’ yoga) to 90 years old (chair yoga). Each has taught me something, opened my mind to new experiences, new ways of thinking about yoga.
I am a registered yoga instructor, and received my 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training at The Yoga Studio in Millis, MA, and an additional 300 hour teacher training at Down Under Yoga, MA.
I am currently enrolled in a mostly online teacher training program with an Institute in India. I am also trained in oncology yoga (through yoga4cancer), yoga as therapy (certificate through The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India), chair yoga (through Lakshmi Voelker), yoga nidra (through Divine Sleep), laughter yoga (through Laughter Yoga International) andkids’ yoga (through Kidding Around Yoga). I regularly attend online classes and workshops through yoga institutes in India and the US, and these greatly influence my practice and teaching.
I teach at several places in the Metrowest area.
I am deeply interested in all of yoga’s teachings, its ideology and practices. I am a keen student of yoga history, anatomy, Sanskrit, subtle body concepts like chakras, and of course, philosophical underpinnings from the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. When not on my mat, I love being outdoors, gardening and hiking. I’m also a voracious reader, and a lover of murder mysteries :).
