Spira is a trauma survivor, educator, artist, and musician. She first came to yoga in 1996 for chronic pain. It was an on again, off again love affair until total commitment came after her first teacher training in 2012 with Jennifer Bonadio in Maui, HI. After her second training in therapeutic yoga in 2015 with Cathy Salinas in Millis, MA, she became certain that this was indeed the correct path for her life.
After teaching in public schools for 17 years, Spira completely burned out. Her past traumas caught up with her, combined with the newer traumas of working in a broken education system. As she worked on her healing, she also worked on her education in the field of trauma, collecting new qualifications along the way in order to serve others on the same path.

Tonya has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 25 years. The practice came into her life during a difficult time and helped her grow and experience life from a new perspective—a constant ally and support through nearly everything life brings.
She began teaching yoga to her art students at the Italian Home for Children, many of whom had experienced abuse and neglect, to help them navigate emotional challenges. She went on to study with Sonia Sumar, founder of Yoga for the Special Child, and built a private practice teaching children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Her certifications also include Swallowtail Yoga Teacher Training (200 hours), Integral Yoga Prenatal, Yoga Ed, and Get Ready to Learn Yoga. Her mornings are spent teaching toddlers and preschoolers at Rock and Roll Daycare.
As a parent, supporting new mothers through birth and motherhood is close to her heart. She is certified in prenatal and postpartum yoga and is a birth doula. She has also deepened her own practice as a parent through conscious parenting courses with Dr. Shefali and, since 2017, the Feel Good Life Methodology with Isabel Terney, becoming a certified facilitator in 2023. She continues to study, currently pursuing a 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training and 300-hour Ayurveda Practitioner certification through Yogamu.
In her classes—whether strong or restorative—you'll experience a deeply mindful practice, guided and supported to discover your own inner teacher with joy and compassion.

Lee Ann has practiced yoga since 2015 and is a 200-hour-certified yoga teacher through Yoga of Energy Flow. She also studies Meridian Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Qigong.
A recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser, Lee Ann has navigated periods of debilitating anxiety and depression—an ongoing journey of caring for her nervous system and growing in self-acceptance. In searching for ways to release fear and inhibition, she found that yoga, music, dance, and compassionate touch helped her feel more expressive, curious, and deeply connected.
She's never been content doing just one thing. In her formative years, Lee Ann studied piano and cello with her father, a professional cellist and music teacher, and joined her mother at a holistic health clinic, where she witnessed the healing power of acupuncture, Reiki, kinesiology, and music therapy. Burnt out after college, she took a gap year in South America on a Michael C. Rockefeller Fellowship to learn how to improvise—musically and in life—and to heal her relationship with her own mind and body.
In the last decade, she has completed a culinary arts certificate from Boston University, earned her Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and is currently training to become a licensed massage therapist. Outside the studio, she loves cooking with friends, biking, hiking, and chasing live music. Because these practices have changed her life, Lee Ann feels called to share what she's learned and help others move toward holistic wellness through mindful movement, compassionate touch, and authentic connection.

inner peace. I have been practicing for over 20 years and it has allowed me to follow my own
path to peace and now I can offer this great practice to others! It is a privilege to guide others in this journey and witness the transformative power yoga has on the mind, body, and spirit.
I believe Yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, body type, or flexibility. It is a healing tool for connecting with our true selves and as a certified Yoga Teacher I am dedicated to
helping students find joy in movement, serenity in stillness, and wisdom in breath. With each
class I teach, I aim to create a safe, nurturing space where students can explore the depths of
their physical and spiritual capabilities.

Over 1200 hours of formal training, and more than 3300 clients and students over the past twelve years, i am happy to share what i know about “how to find water” with these practices.
Yogas citta vritti nirodhah - YSP 1.2
I have taught students of yoga in a number of places - in the caves at One Ohm; in the Cobb-house upper room at Dancing Waters Inn; at the Yoga Shala in Bocas del Toro, Panama; at the river cabin in Sedona; in mountain retreats in Colorado; in high school athletic programs and middle school gyms; in outdoor spaces, barefoot hikes, rock climbing and rafting trips. I am honored to get to share from this quiver of arrows that was given to me.
Breath. Awareness. Intention. We are “mining for diamonds in the dark,” cultivating a shimmering awareness. We are learning to stay. We are learning to let go. We are learning to unite Body-Mind and Breath. We learn to lean into the echo (śeșa) of the Pose in these Forms.
The Sacred Body is an ally.
Breath. Awareness. Intention. We are learning how we are seeds, about the grace of supple minds, our interconnectedness through the Subtle Body (the limbic loops we are). We learn to access the mental bodies (Manas Yoga), to find Sacred sound (Nada Yoga), cultivate silence (Mauna), and to understand the Sound & Meaning (Shab’d’Artha). This Blue Sky Mind is an ally.
These are practices for a lifetime - for health, for well-being, for healing, for clarity. These practices are for cultivating consciousness within the Heart-Body-Mind. And, of course, also for our collective liberation.

Justin Kelleher (he/him) is a dedicated student of yoga and carries his practice off the mat into his passion for nature, food, and art. He strives to help students tune into the present moment and deepen their own relationship with their yoga practice.
Justin came to the mat as an opportunity to stretch and strengthen but soon became enamored with the benefits of practice beyond the physical. He completed his first 200-hour training under the guidance of Laura Ahrens James where he discovered the power of yoga as a holistic system for navigating the world. Justin completed restorative yoga training via JP Centre Yoga and continues to enrich his practice through trainings, workshops, and study of yogic texts with teachers in Boston and beyond.
As a teacher, Justin creates a meditative environment and invites students to approach their practice from a place of curiosity and non-attachment. His classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and concentration as tools for orienting toward a judgment-free experience of the present moment. Informed by the philosophical underpinnings of yoga, his goal is to create space for exploration where students can forge a deeper connection with themselves and our environment. Justin is a registered yoga teacher and holds a BFA in Writing and Literature from Emerson College. When not on the mat, he is a musician, artist, hiker, cyclist, and lover of all things culinary.

Originally from India, I see yoga as a way of life, as a philosophy for living. Yoga, to me, is an incredible – often transformative – blessing that should be accessible to everyone – to all bodies, minds and abilities. I started on the yoga instructor journey a few years ago to deepen my own practice, and to be able to humbly share this legacy with others. My students have ranged from 3 years old (kids’ yoga) to 90 years old (chair yoga). Each has taught me something, opened my mind to new experiences, new ways of thinking about yoga.
I am a registered yoga instructor, and received my 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training at The Yoga Studio in Millis, MA, and an additional 300 hour teacher training at Down Under Yoga, MA.
I am currently enrolled in a mostly online teacher training program with an Institute in India. I am also trained in oncology yoga (through yoga4cancer), yoga as therapy (certificate through The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India), chair yoga (through Lakshmi Voelker), yoga nidra (through Divine Sleep), laughter yoga (through Laughter Yoga International) andkids’ yoga (through Kidding Around Yoga). I regularly attend online classes and workshops through yoga institutes in India and the US, and these greatly influence my practice and teaching.
I teach at several places in the Metrowest area.
I am deeply interested in all of yoga’s teachings, its ideology and practices. I am a keen student of yoga history, anatomy, Sanskrit, subtle body concepts like chakras, and of course, philosophical underpinnings from the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. When not on my mat, I love being outdoors, gardening and hiking. I’m also a voracious reader, and a lover of murder mysteries :).
