At The Embody School, we’ve created a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with your body. Our classes are designed to help you release tension, ease stress, and build strength in a gentle, mindful way.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, you’ll find classes that meet you exactly where you are. Our experienced teachers offer guidance, modifications, and encouragement so you can move at your own pace and feel at ease.


For first timers:
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and avoid heavy scents. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio. Click HERE for our policies and guidelines.
