 All reservations/cancellations must be made online. We do not take any over phone or email.

• Preregistration is available two days before the class takes place. Simply click on the "Book Now" tab, log-in to our site, purchase a class or class pack, and then pick a class. First time users will need to create an account first. 
• Please note that our space is limited and may sell out prior to start time. Preregistration is encouraged. 
• If you are trying to register and there is no "Book Now" button next to the class and it's within two days the class, it is already sold out. Students are allowed to cancel themselves out of class up to two hours before it starts and often times spots will open up.

Cancellations may be made prior to 2 hours to the start time of class with no penalty. 

• Early Cancel: Cancellation made prior to 2 hours to the start time of class. The class is credited back to your account for future use, not back to the credit card used.
• Late Cancel: Cancellation made after the 2 hour window. Drop-ins and Class card holders will lose the one class. This also applies to no shows.
• To cancel your reservation, sign into your Momoyoga account using your login and password. Under the "My Info" tab you will find "My Schedule" and a "Cancel" button next to your reserved class.

Late Policy: To protect the integrity of our classes and student experience, as well as for student safety, we must lock the door at the start of class. Should you arrive to class after the door has been locked, you will not be allowed in. Please do not knock on the door and disrupt the class. The visit will be considered a no show and cancellation policies will apply. We regret to have this policy in place, but we must due to the location and access from the main street.

Guests: We encourage you to bring guests to class! If you'd like to register a friend or family member, please make them a separate account and register them individually. Memberships cannot be shared. 

Workshops/Events/Trainings: There are no refunds on cancellations for any workshops, events, or trainings. 

In-person Services: Appointments can be made through the "services" page. I require a 48-hour notice for cancellation with full refund. However, if you are ill and must cancel for emergency, you may reschedule. If you do not  reschedule, you forfeit the fee for the appointment that was held for you.

Shop: All non-consumable items are eligible for a refund. Gift certificates, bath products, and digital products are not eligible for refunds.
